To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      Examples:  with a size 95C , you can wear a  100B by tightening the rear link more , or a  90D by tightening the back link less .

      LIMIT FOGGING IN SWIMMING GOGGLES

      The appearance of fogging depends on several factors: the temperature difference between the body and the water, the humidity level, etc. Frictional wear is one of the main causes. If fogging occurs, soak your lenses in water; a protective film will reform. After a while, it is normal for the anti-fog performance to diminish. We offer a marker that reactivates aging anti-fog and increases the lifespan of your glasses.

      CHOOSING THE SIZE OF SWIMMING GOGGLES

      The watertightness of swimming goggles depends on the skirts being properly adapted to the shape of the face. We recommend performing the "suction cup" test without the elastic before purchasing the goggles: If the goggles stay on the face by themselves, with a slight suction, then the product will be watertight during the session. It also allows you to identify any areas of discomfort or discomfort on the face. This model is available in size S (narrow face) and size L (round face).

      ADJUSTING SWIMMING GOGGLES

      Swimming goggles that fit your face don't require tight fitting. Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, marks, and even water infiltration.       LENS TINT

      The tint of your lenses should be adapted to your swimming location and its brightness. If you swim outdoors or in a pool with bright light, choose sunglasses with smoked lenses to limit glare. If, on the other hand, the pool is rather dark with low light, such as in the evening in winter, choose clear lenses. SPIRIT swimming goggles are available in different lens tints (mirrored, smoked, and clear).

      UV PROTECTION

      In accordance with QB/T 4734-2023, all Nabaiji swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays under normal use, regardless of lens tint. Direct sunlight is dangerous and can lead to irreversible eye damage.
