              To take your measurements:

              • Height: Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels against the wall.
                Stand up straight, then hold a book or flat object above your head.
                Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
              • Head: Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
              • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
              • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
                Measure the length between the wall and the object.

              Correction for myopia

              Corrective lenses are available for myopia with a diopter from -2,00 to -6,00. Limitations of use recommended by our consulting ophthalmologist: Wearing corrective lenses provides visual comfort for athletes suffering from myopia. Choose a correction lower than or equal to the prescription. Wearing them does not present any risk of degradation of visual acuity for swimmers over 8 years old, however it is strictly not recommended for swimmers under 8 years old.

              Why do my swimming goggles fog up?

              The appearance of fog is mainly due to the temperature difference between the body and the water. Since the body is warmer than the swimming environment, fog appears inside the lenses through evaporation. From then on, each micro-drop of sweat will stick to the inside of the swimming goggles. In reality, this is a stroke of luck: all these drops will end up combining and thus create a film of water through which you can see clearly.

              Anti-fog treatment

              Anti-fog coating creates a microscopic film of water to allow clear vision, but its wear is accelerated by friction on the inside of the lenses or overexposure to chlorinated water. Taking care of the inside of your lenses is essential. Over time, it's normal for anti-fog to diminish. Briefly soaking your glasses in water can help in the short term, but it also accelerates the wear of the coating. Our anti-fog marker helps reactivate the coating!

              Size: how to choose your swimming goggles?

              One-size-fits-all model with 3 interchangeable nose bridges. The watertightness of the goggles depends on how well the silicone skirts fit the shape of your face. Before purchasing your goggles, we recommend performing the "suction cup" test without the elastic. To do this, position the goggles over your eyes: if they stay in place by themselves thanks to a slight suction, they will be watertight once in the water. This test also allows you to identify areas of discomfort or discomfort on the face.
