Size: how to choose your swimming goggles?
One-size-fits-all model with 3 interchangeable nose bridges. The watertightness of the goggles depends on the adaptation of the silicone skirts to the shape of the face. Before purchasing your goggles, we advise you to perform the "suction cup" test without the elastic. Position the goggles on your eyes, if they hold on their own with a slight suction, then they will be watertight once in the water. This test also allows you to identify areas of discomfort or discomfort on the face.
UV protection
In accordance with QB/T 4734-2023, all our swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays during normal use, regardless of the lens tint. Direct sunlight is dangerous and can lead to irreversible eye damage.
The tint of the glasses
The tint of your lenses should be adapted to your swimming location and its brightness. If you swim outdoors or in a pool with bright light, choose sunglasses with smoked lenses to limit glare. If, on the other hand, the pool is rather dark with low light, such as in the evening in winter, choose clear lenses. BFIT swimming goggles are available in a variety of lens tints.
Anti-fog treatment
Anti-fog coating creates a microscopic film of water to allow clear vision, but its wear is accelerated by friction on the inside of the lenses or overexposure to chlorinated water. Taking care of the inside of your lenses is essential. Over time, it is normal for anti-fog to diminish. Briefly soaking the glasses in water can help in the short term, but it also accelerates the wear of the coating. Our anti-fog marker helps reactivate the coating!
Why do my swimming goggles fog up?
The appearance of fog is mainly due to the temperature difference between the body and the water. Since the body is warmer than the swimming environment, fog appears inside the lenses through evaporation. From then on, each micro-drop of sweat will stick to the inside of the swimming goggles. In reality, this is fortunate: all these drops will end up combining and thus create a film of water through which you can see clearly.
How to adjust your swimming goggles?
Swimming goggles that fit your face don't require extensive adjustment. Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, marks, and even water leaks. There's no need to press the lenses with your hands; a gentle suction effect is often enough for swimming sessions without water leaks. The straps should ideally rest 2 to 3 cm above your ears. This position will optimize the fit and comfort of the goggles.
Maintenance – precautions
- Rinse your glasses (only if necessary) by simply dipping them in water - Avoid strong jets of water directly on the inside of the lenses. - Store your glasses in their box between each session to avoid damaging the lenses (on the inside to preserve the Anti-fog treatment, on the outside to avoid scratches) - Avoid exposure to temperatures above 60°C And finally, do not rub or touch the inside of your lenses.
Product Comments

Très bien
I remain mixed on these glasses that I bought to use with a frontal snorkel. the fact of having to choose a trigger guard which is also difficult to place does not suit me. I imagine it's because I adjust my glasses incorrectly but they end up hurting a little after an hour and one of my eyes is well marked at the end of the session. I believe that there are more accessible and probably even less expensive models. Definitely recommended for more experienced people.
Very good swimming goggles
