              To take your measurements:

              • Height: Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels against the wall.
                Stand up straight, then hold a book or flat object above your head.
                Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
              • Head: Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
              • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
              • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
                Measure the length between the wall and the object.

              Thanks to our observations in the field and numerous discussions with coaches, we have studied the different needs for setting up exercises: delimiting, avoiding... To meet them, we have designed the Essential range: smart products and accessible, which fulfill a major function (marking out, targeting, etc.) for fun and effective training in all age categories.               "We wanted to make a basic product, which has existed since football was football, an identity product. The goal was to reclaim an emblematic product that no one pays attention to.
