Which elastic band is right for me?
The light resistance (7 kg) is suitable for beginners, but also for experienced athletes who want to work their upper body or do Pilates. The medium resistance (10 kg) is more suited to lower body exercises performed by experienced athletes. Finally, the strong resistance (15 kg) is ideal for experts who are fans of muscle strengthening involving the lower body (squats, leg raises, etc.).

Why use an elastic band?
Incorporating a resistance band into your workout allows you to work on resistance while protecting your joints from heavy lifting.
