To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Our trekking designers have created this kit to replace the teat and tube of Decathlon water bags.

      Some advice

      Use water between -20°C and +40°C. Do not use: alcohol, fatty substances (dairy products, oils, etc.). At temperatures below 0°C, blow into the teat after use to expel the water and reduce the risk of freezing in the tube and teat.

      Features

      Teat with an on/off position (by turning the gray part of the teat) to prevent untimely water loss during your practice. To drink, put the teat in the "ON" position then suck by deforming the teat with your mouth.

      Care

      Clean the pouch and teat after each use with regular dish soap. You can use the B-TWIN bottle brush and drying hanger kit (code: 631585), especially if you have used a sugary drink. Do not leave the drink in the pouch for more than 24 hours. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

      First use

      Rinse the entire product 3 times with clean water before first use.

      Our products and materials meet current food contact standards. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in accordance with current French regulations.
