Your practice
Expert swimmers generally train within a club in dedicated time slots, under the guidance of a coach, and perform elaborate swimming sessions ranging from 2,5 to 5 km with the aim of improving their physical condition and performance. They practice all four strokes and master diving starts, gliding, and turns. As part of their club, they can participate in competitions during their sports season.

very beautiful bikini top, only downside: size too small: I ordered a 38 as usual (S label received) but too small, I will try to change to an M if available
