GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Underwires provide support and shape, but they are often rigid and uncomfortable for water sports. The Astrid swimsuit was designed with innovative, more flexible textile underwires that provide good support while naturally shaping the bust.

      Shape suitable for larger busts

      Women with a cup size larger than D are attentive to support and look for plus-size swimsuits with underwire. We created this Astrid underwired swimsuit top just for you. More than 20 prototypes were needed, along with testing on all body types, to guarantee support and comfort. The straps and bust band are adjustable.

      Dry cutting and wet cutting

      To ensure a perfect fit in the water, we have to adjust our swimsuits while they're still wet, as they stretch out of shape once you're in the water. We therefore advise you to choose the correct size. The swimsuit should fit snugly in the changing room; you should feel supported. The elastane in some of the materials used in our swimsuits softens and stretches in the water.

      We work to support women so that they feel good in our swimsuits. The chest is not crushed, the buttocks are not marked, the level of coverage varies. Our mission is to ensure that every woman finds a swimsuit that suits her, whatever her body, her morphology or her size.
