GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      SINGLE JUMP USE

      We recommend harnesses with a single saddle for beginner use because there is less risk of error when tying in. On the other hand, the monopontet will generate a little more complexity on climbing routes of several lengths or abseiling because there will be a lot of equipment (rope, lanyards, belay device) on the monopontet. This is why we recommend its use mainly in indoor climbing or top-rope cliff climbing.

      "CHECK AND GO" SYSTEM

      The innovative "Check&Go" system on the back of the harness helps young climbers get used to checking their equipment against each other before climbing. RED side: the double-check has not been completed, so you must not climb. GREEN side: the double-check has been completed, so you can climb!
