RIGID CAMPING COOLER - 24 LITERS - COLD CONSERVATION 13 HOURS

We tested this cooler in the laboratory with an ambient temperature of 32°C, without ice pack, filled to half its volume. The time to go from 5°C (temperature of food coming out of the refrigerator) to 15°C is 13 hours. By adding 1,5 kg of ice, the time to go from 5°C to 15°C in the same conditions was 20 hours.

To increase the thermal performance of your cooler, we advise you to: - Place blocks of ice in the bottom then place frozen food and raw meat on the bottom, on the blocks of ice. - Place fresh food on top and/or those that do not require refrigeration, such as fresh fruit. - Fill the rest of the cooler with other blocks of ice. - Leave your cooler in the shade, open it when necessary and close quickly.

We use 100% polyurethane foam. This foam has a very good quality of insulation to slow down the "heating" of food and drinks present in your cooler. This preservation system is "passive" and does not allow food to be kept frozen. To improve performance and duration of freshness, we advise you to add several blocks of ice, the total being 1,5 kg.
