GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Discovering water is done in 3 stages: - Familiarization: create a relationship of trust and overcome apprehensions through fun games. The child gets used to water. - Immersion and breathing: control your breathing to feel safe and put your head underwater. - Floating and movement: develop autonomy and discover how the body behaves in the water before moving alone. A progressive and fun journey for a successful aquatic awakening!

      The foam swimming vest is part of "flotation and movement" The child does not know how to swim but is comfortable in the water, he uses his arms and legs and needs a great freedom of movement to benefit from his experience.
