To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

      These 500 Muay Thai gloves were developed with Decathlon Thailand teams to perfectly meet the demands of Thai boxing. We tested and approved them with experienced Muay Thai practitioners in France and Thailand!

      Muay Thai is a unique type of boxing: grabs and throws are allowed during fights. It is therefore common for boxers to grab each other at the trunk or neck. To facilitate these grabs, gloves must be soft and flexible. Thanks to the foam-lined construction of the glove, opening and closing the hand is easier. In addition, the cuff is very short, which makes it easier to "bend" the wrist.
