To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      Boxing gloves are available in several sizes to fit your hand. These sizes are related to your body shape more than your hand size. Women: From 45 to 55kg -> 10oz. From 55 to 65kg -> 12oz. From 65 to 75kg -> 14oz. > 75kg ->16oz. Men: From 35 to 55kg -> 8oz. From 55 to 65kg -> 10oz. From 65 to 80kg -> 12oz. From 80 to 95kg -> 14oz. > 95kg -> 16oz.
