What is the use of gliding discs?

How to properly use the sides of the gliding discs?

Thanks to their 2 sides, the sliders adapt to all surfaces: - The blue foam side slides on hard floors: parquet / tiles. - The black side slides on soft floors: carpet / rug. The black side does not slip on surfaces that grip: foam slabs, children's playgrounds, concrete... Test the surface before you start. It is advisable to practice barefoot or in shoes, but not in socks, because you risk slipping!
