What are these rubber coated weights used for?

These weights can be used on 28mm bars or without a bar, thanks to their ergonomic handle. Their rubber coating cushions shocks and prevents marking the floors. They are easy to install on the bars thanks to their stainless steel ring.

Which bar should I use this weight with?

This rubber weight training weight is compatible with bars with a diameter of 28 mm, - Straight bar 1,2 meters (ref: 8289897) - Curl bar 1,2 meters (ref: 8484124) - Triceps bar 86 cm (ref: 8484125) - Short bar 35 cm (ref: 1041986) - Threaded bar 45 cm (ref: 8766096) - Straight bar 1,55 meters (ref: 8289896) - Straight bar 2 meters (ref: 8289900) II is not compatible with the weightlifting bars (which have a diameter of 50 mm).

Disc stops are essential with your weights

If you plan to use your weights on bars or dumbbells you will need disc stops (ref: 8574652). They are sold in pairs! Please note, they support a maximum load of 15kg in a vertical position.

How to properly store your bodybuilding weights to keep them for a long time

These bodybuilding weights are made of cast iron, covered with rubber. However, cast iron can rust if exposed to the elements or humidity, which is why we advise you to store these weights indoors and dry. If you want to clean your weights you can use a damp cloth or microfibers.And for storage, consider using a specific support (ref: 8796727) or the lower part of a piece of furniture.
