GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      We designed these shorts to allow you to start road cycling gently. Say goodbye to chafing and dare to wear shorts!

      Our new "Soft" skin

      To ensure greater comfort on your saddle, we have created this "Soft" chamois. The chosen fabric is soft and breathable. The reinforcement zone is soft with a measured density of 65 kg/m3 and a thickness of 13 mm. This pad guarantees seating comfort during road cycling for approximately 1 hour.

      Its shape

      The shape of the reinforcements (thicker foam area) was defined by tests on a pressure pad. This test, carried out on cyclists, consists of measuring the pressure points exerted on the saddle. We were able to trace the reinforcement zone by selecting the contact points where the pressure is greatest. The overall shape of the skin was drawn by the modelers from a mold on a mannequin and validated after several fittings and usage tests.

      Reinforcement areas

      The support is well covered at the seat bones, and the perineum is also protected. The reinforcement area is narrow enough at the crotch to avoid irritation/chafing when pedalling. Channels have been embossed in the reinforcement to give it better flexibility.

      Care

      Machine wash at 30°. Synthetic program. Put the product upside down. No fabric softener. Hang dry in a warm, ventilated place. Do not tumble dry. No dry cleaning. No chlorine. Do not place on a radiator.

      Product testing

      Our team of product designers, based at the B'TWIN VILLAGE in Lille, is constantly seeking ways to improve the comfort of our customers on their bikes. Our obsession is to develop products that meet the needs of use and eliminate user constraints. We then test them in the field, because we are convinced that only real-life situations, such as those you will experience on your bike, can allow us to continually improve.
