  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.

To resharpen this SIKA 90 FR, here are the steps to follow: place the blade on the triangle, follow the slope, and maintain this angle when sharpening on the stone. Note that the Solognac quick sharpener will also make it very easy to sharpen your blade without any technical gestures. Sharpening with a sharpening steel is also possible, but requires a little practice.
