GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      We designed this rope with high-quality materials to provide excellent wear resistance. The 0,8cm PVC rope width ensures resistance to friction on most surfaces. The wooden handles and steel rotation system provide exceptional durability.

      Rope: 0,8cm X 280cm Handles: 16 centimeters Weight of the rope + handles without weights = 460 grams Weight of weights = 2X45 grams

      ROPE ADJUSTMENT

      You can adjust the length of the rope, to do this here are the three steps to follow: 1/ Using a 3 mm ALLEN key, unscrew the black screws which are housed under the ends of the rotation system. 2/ Cut the rope according to your size (take the measurement of the rope with your hands at the shoulders). 3/ Tighten the black screws, checking that the rope is well pinched by them.
