To fully enjoy the features of your wetsuit, it is essential to choose the right size. A wetsuit should fit very tightly and there should be no visible creases. When dry, it is normal to feel too tight; this discomfort disappears as soon as the wetsuit is wet. If you choose a wetsuit that is too large, creases will form, irritation will appear, and thermal insulation will be reduced (water intake). Try it on before you buy it!

The neoprene is lined with polyester fabric for added abrasion resistance. Neoprene thickness: 1,5 mm. Neoprene is made from a closed-cell elastomer foam (polychloroprene) containing nitrogen bubbles.

Legislation requires us to use a short cord on the zipper on junior products to prevent strangulation risks for younger children. From size 10 years, the cords are long and allow for independent handling. A small Velcro fastener prevents the zipper from opening accidentally during use.

Our zippers and closures are laboratory tested to ensure optimal durability and good resistance to salt water. We position the closure at the back of the suit for greater comfort when practicing board sports (lying down while paddling).

When we are in the water, it is through the extremities of the body (feet, hands, head) that we lose more than half of our body heat. The collar finish has been designed to limit irritation. Depending on individual sensitivity, it is possible to wear a UV top under the suit to limit the risk of irritation. Applying a greasy cream (e.g., Vaseline) to areas prone to friction (neck, armpits) is also recommended for long-term use. Make sure to position the flap correctly inside the suit to limit any risk of irritation with the zip and collar.
