GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Wearing this ankle support may be indicated in the event of ligament instability or apprehension in order to facilitate the resumption of sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) after a slight sprain to mean. Easy to put on thanks to its rear opening, its ventilated material and its shape adapted to the anatomy of the ankle will guarantee you optimal comfort.

      What is a sprain?

      An ankle sprain is a stretching or tearing of the ankle ligaments. It occurs most of the time either by imbalance on slippery ground or during a spontaneous movement or during an active game phase. It can be estimated that sprained ankles are the most common sportsman's accident and that their frequency is estimated at at least 6 cases per day!

      What size ankle brace should I choose?

      Measure your ankle circumference, 5 cm above the malleoli. Then match the measured value with the following size chart: Size 1: 20 - 22 cm Size 2: 22 - 23,5 cm Size 3: 23,5 - 25 cm Size 4: 25 - 26,5 cm
