  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.

      The UPF index (Ultraviolet Protection factor) corresponds to tests carried out by spectrophotometer on a fabric. UPF 40 means the fabric lets through only 1/40th of UV radiation. It is one of the highest protections against the sun's rays.

      MAXIMUM COVERAGE AGAINST UV RAYS

      To limit the risk of skin damage from the desert sun, this shirt is designed to ensure maximum coverage of your skin: - Long sleeves with beveled cuffs to protect your hands - Stand-up collar to cover the back of your neck

      HEAT MANAGEMENT

      To better manage the desert heat, this lightweight, loose-fitting shirt features vents at the abdomen and back. This way, the fabric isn't pressed against your skin, allowing air to circulate and reducing perspiration. The back vents won't work with a backpack attached to your back. For this, we recommend the DESERT 500 backpack, which allows the back vents to work properly.
