              To take your measurements:

              • Height: Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels against the wall.
                Stand up straight, then hold a book or flat object above your head.
                Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
              • Head: Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
              • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
              • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

              New high-performance sole with our new exclusive rubber compound developed by our experts. More grip, more durable. The sole design is designed for greater grip using 3D simulations and then tested in the laboratory to evaluate the coefficient of adhesion on different surfaces and conditions. Field tests in the mountains allow us to make the final validation with a panel of testers. 30% rubber

              Which size to choose?

              Some Decathlon stores offer a test run. 1. Try on both shoes, standing up, with the socks you use for hiking. 2. Tighten the laces, making sure to evenly distribute the tightening. 3. Check two points: - the heel doesn't lift off before the shoe when walking uphill. - the foot doesn't slip and the toes don't hit the front when going downhill. 4. Try on several sizes and models.
