Abrasion resistance
As you move and support yourself, you may find yourself rubbing your shoe against the ground and accelerating the wear of the sole. The surfaces you play on are also abrasive. Our shoes are tested in the laboratory on a proprietary machine, developed to reproduce the wear observed in play on the heel, forefoot, top of the toes and inside of the foot.
Why choose a tennis shoe for playing?
For several reasons! Your movements on the court are different from those you use when practicing other sports, such as running or fitness, for example. You move back and forth, from right to left, more or less quickly. A tennis shoe provides the support you need to play safely and limits the risk of injury. Your cushioning needs are also specific, ensuring that all the impacts of your foot are absorbed effectively.
Interior fit volume
Enjoy the comfort of this shoe thanks to its fit volume adapted to your tennis practice. This volume has been validated by our R&D teams thanks to scans of thousands of feet and the analysis of the foot's movements in the shoe during tennis practice.
The cushioned star test
The shoes are tested in the laboratory on a standardized machine that reproduces the impacts of the heel during tennis support using an impactor with a mass of 8 kg. The greater the acceleration peak, the greater the shock experienced by the body.
The star test for reception comfort
The shoes are blind-tested on a representative panel of female tennis players. They evaluate the shoe's comfort, which corresponds to the shoe's fit and softness when first tried on, on a scale of 0 to 20.
System forefoot support
As you move laterally, your foot becomes one with the shoe thanks to this exclusive reinforcement placed at the forefoot on the outer part of the shoe. An exclusive support system developed by our tennis design team.
