GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

The joints play the role of shock absorber but they are put to the test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is therefore essential to absorb shocks and disperse vibrations.

      We advise you to avoid washing your shoes in the washing machine, as this is detrimental to their technological and physical properties and can cause the mesh on the upper to peel, shrink, or tear. We recommend washing them as soon as they are very dirty (mud) with soapy water and a small synthetic brush. Definitely no bleach! Rinse with fresh water. To dry your shoes, avoid placing them near a heat source.
