To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      Drop 0, what is it?

      On a shoe, the drop refers to the difference in sole height between the front of the foot and the heel. The scientific studies carried out by our research laboratory (the SportsLab) have enabled us to observe that a zero drop (a drop of 0 therefore) makes it possible to have a more natural stride, close to that adopted when running barefoot. This natural run allows your child to better absorb the impacts of running and strengthens their tendons and muscles in the long term.

      And the natural stride then?

      To provide a natural stride that is as close as possible to barefoot running, the FLEX RUN shoe is based on 4 criteria: - A 0 drop and flexibility, to place the middle part of the foot on the ground first rather than the heel. - Lightness, for a more fluid stride - An anatomical shape to limit the constraints of the shoe on the foot Result: the energy when pressing on the ground is transmitted to the muscles of the back of the leg, which absorb vibrations better
