The grip of our soles is certified. The shoe must pass laboratory tests to determine the coefficient of friction on smooth surfaces. To validate these tests, we have the quality of our soles assessed in the field by a representative panel of testers over 500 km.
Our shoes undergo an intensive laboratory test to ensure their waterproofness. They are submerged and folded in water to a specific level, replicating hiking conditions. This test ensures your feet will stay dry for at least 2 hours, even in rainy or humid conditions.
When walking in the forest, on the coast or in everyday life, feet are subjected to many constraints. Friction in shoes, combined with perspiration, can be unpleasant, while the cold can make the experience uncomfortable without adequate sock protection.

Very comfortable good for the price!!
I bought these shoes not for walking but for cycling (gravel/mountain biking). They are light, waterproof and the price is very affordable. For my cycling use they are perfect. However, the rare times I wore them on hikes I experienced pain in my Achilles tendon.
However, they are very waterproof and the seams hold.
