Size advice
If you are in the progression phase, we recommend taking a little tighter than your street size (1/2-1 size smaller for example) but it is important not to suffer in order to let your foot develop mobility, proprioception and strength. If you are an expert climber, we advise taking the time to try the different sizes (1 to 2 sizes smaller) in order to find the best compromise between comfort and compression for more force in the push.
Sole of the slipper
XS GRIP Vibram® intermediate and exterior rubber The XS Grip is a flexible and very grippy rubber for good grip sensations, particularly on flat or rounded holds.
Bootie upper
breathable synthetic Lorica® (flexibility and precision) on the front part, leather on the upper. Tightening by 2 self-gripping strips.
A resoling service at decathlon
Is your sole worn out? Don't throw away your shoe. Our Decathlon workshops offer one of the most efficient resoling services on the market. Once your sole is replaced, you'll be able to climb again with the shoe already shaped to your foot. Caution: as soon as you see the synthetic leather through the rubber, you must stop resoling. If you puncture the synthetic leather, it will no longer be possible to resole.
Liner shape
A last with a camber, asymmetry, and heel tension (moderate level). This last provides much more precision and power during your movements and optimizes support on small holds. Caution: this last, suitable for technical climbing, may slightly affect foot comfort (especially on Greek-type foot shapes). This is why we have chosen a moderate level to combine performance and comfort.
Resoling advice
Did you know? The more grip a rubber has, the more it wears out, especially in climbing gyms. That's why we chose to work with a recognized market specialist since 1937, Vibram, and carefully selected the rubber offering the best balance between resistance and grip. Our tests show that on average a rubber wears out in 6 months, on the front of the shoe and/or above. It can be even faster depending on the quality of your foot strike.
Maintenance advice
Our first piece of advice is not to machine wash your slippers. Mechanical and thermal stresses could damage them. We recommend hand washing, either with a sponge soaked in clear water, or with a sponge soaked in soapy water (Marseille soap), and letting them air dry at a stable temperature, avoiding drying (radiator or direct sunlight). We recommend washing them regularly to increase the lifespan of the slippers.
Product Comments

top slipper
Very good value for money. Size smaller than the Rock (I had to take a size larger to be comfortable).
I used these slippers for 4 months, one session per week or every two weeks altogether. I was very happy but unfortunately, the tips split/holes after the tenth session, which seems quite early to me compared to the use I was making of them. Having already had slippers from the range 2 years ago with a longer lifespan and thinking of a design flaw, I went to see the salesman at the decathlon who didn't pay much attention to it and told me that it was normal. In the end, quite disappointed with the slippers.
