Sport walking / Nordic walking are the sports where the feet are in the most contact with the ground. You start by placing the heel, then you roll the foot down to the toes which propel you forward. Our socks are therefore perfectly adapted to this movement with / thanks to excellent support, anti-friction zones, increased breathability and excellent moisture absorption. I'm coming back from an hour of brisk walking. The socks have good fit and good breathability, however I have a blister on the back of each foot. There is an inside seam in the socks that rubs and heats the back of the foot and causes the blister. By turning the sock over, you can clearly see the seam. I am disappointed with this purchase.
