GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Comfort and cotton

      Combed cotton is cotton whose fibers have undergone a combing process to lengthen them and make the fabric even softer, thus ensuring better quality. The resulting tennis sock is softer and more comfortable to wear. The friction zones are slightly thicker to prevent chafing from the shoe.

      The edge system

      This Artengo low-cut tennis sock has a small "outgrowth" at the top of the back, just above the heel, which increases your comfort by preventing the sock from slipping inside the shoe, and limits the risk of irritation from the shoe rubbing against the heel. This is what we call the "edge" system. Worn with tennis-type shoes, this outgrowth is almost invisible.

      Maintenance

      Elastic mesh refers to the use of a material called elastane, which is much more elastic and fits the foot better. Be careful, your tennis sock may appear smaller, but this is due to its greater elasticity. It also stands up better to repeated washing. An elastic band has been added to the midfoot to ensure better support, but the elastic is not felt on the foot, and it does not cut off blood circulation in any way.

      Resistance

      The RS 160 Lowedge socks have been recently redesigned for improved durability. We've reinforced the toe, heel, and sole by twisting the main cotton yarn with a stronger polyamide yarn.
