Stay warm longer with thermal accessories! each temperature range has its own range...

When we are in water, it is through the extremities of the body (feet, hands, head) that we lose more than half of our body heat. Therefore here are the recommended accessories: - in water (>17°C ) => neoprene low slippers. - in water (12 - 17°C): High slippers (boots) and gloves. - in water (7 - 12°C): High slippers (boots), gloves, hood and top hood.

How to choose the right shoe?

The first criterion for choosing a surf shoe is the water temperature. Water temperature varies depending on location and time of year. Therefore, always ensure that the water temperature at your spot corresponds to the recommended temperature range: Water above 20°C. Waters between 17 and 22°C. Waters between 12 and 17°C. Waters between 7 and 12°C. Consult the site seatemperature.org to find out the temperature of your spot.

Choose your size well

Surf shoes and booties must be worn very tightly to ensure the best effectiveness. It is normal to feel too tight during a dry fitting. Choosing well-fitting slippers and booties guarantees better support and prevents them from swelling with water during practice.

Materials

The 2 mm surf shoes are made of real neoprene. The neoprene is lined with synthetic textile for greater resistance to wear. Thickness of the neoprene: 2 mm. The neoprene is made of an elastomer foam which has properties insulating. We test and guarantee the quality of our neoprene materials.

thin sole

We have chosen a thin and light polyurethane sole to favor contact and sensations with the board. Consequently, this shoe is not suitable for long approach walks: in this case, prefer the 3 mm surf shoe which has a thicker and more robust sole.

Choose the combination that goes with it!

Our wetsuit models are also classified by water temperature range. Our wetsuits are designed to meet the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, active sea walking (longe-côte) or SUP (stand-up paddle).
