GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

For example, 26x2,35 means it's a 26-inch diameter tire with a width of 2,35 inches. On the tire's sidewall, you'll also find the dimensions in mm in the ETRTO international unit. For example, 50-559 means it's a 50 mm wide tire with an internal diameter of 559 mm (i.e., 26x2,00).

      Removing your inner tube, the tools you will need:

      Simplify inner tube removal with B'TWIN tire levers.

      Checks before installing your inner tube:

      Before you go for a ride, take a minute to check your tires, remove any foreign objects, and check the rim tape and rim.

      How to change an inner tube:
