GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      To properly maintain your bike, it's important to know the exact dimensions of your tires. This information is shown on the tire's sidewall (diameter and section). For example, 26x1,50 means it's a 26-inch diameter tire with a width of 1,50 inches. On the tire's sidewall, you'll also find the dimensions in mm in the ETRTO international unit. For example, 50-559 means it's a 50 mm wide tire with an internal diameter of 559 mm (i.e., 26x2,00).

      Removing your inner tube, the tools you will need:

      Remove the used inner tube using B'TWIN tire levers

      Checks before installing your inner tube:

      Remove all debris from the tire, replace it if worn, and ensure the rim and rim tape are safe.

      How to change an inner tube:

      To successfully install the tire, start with our video. Inflate slightly, insert the valve, seat the tube securely, and make sure it doesn't get pinched in the rim.
