How to choose an inner tube
Write down all the information visible on the sidewall of the tire (diameter and section). For example, 12 x 2.00 means that it is a tire of 12 inches in diameter and 2.00 inches in width. tire you will also find the dimensions in mm in the international unit ETRTO For example, 50-203 means that it is a tire 50 mm wide for 203 mm inside diameter (i.e. 12 x 2,00).

Checks before installing an inner tube
Check the condition of your tyre, replace it if necessary. Make sure there are no foreign bodies in the tire. Check the condition of your rim tape. A rim tape, even slightly cracked, can cause punctures. Check that your rim shows no signs of damage that could damage your inner tube.
Installing the inner tube
Check out our video before you start.Pre-inflate the tube slightly to avoid any risk of pinching..Insert the valve into the valve hole, taking care to respect the type of valve intended for your rim.Place your tube in the entire of the tyre, push the tube so that it is positioned in the hollow of the rim. Take care not to pinch the inner tube when fitting the tire definitively.
Tire mounting
Start by mounting the tire at the valve. Finish mounting opposite the valve to avoid any pinching. Never mount your tire with a tool or a tire lever at the risk of pinching and puncturing the inner tube.
Tire inflation
Inflate your tire carefully, to the pressure recommended by the manufacturer (visible on the sidewall of the tire in PSI or in bars, 1 bar = 14,51 PSI). Regularly check the correct positioning of the tire during inflation.
