How to choose your size?
The belt comes in 3 sizes to fit different body shapes. The elastic tightening will allow you to adjust the belt's fit. The belt is positioned at the level of what is called the small hips. The small hips are located between the hips and the waist. Approximately 10 cm below the waist. You should measure your small hips using a tape measure.
