What head circumference for the adjustable running cap?

The Velcro strap at the back allows you to adjust the head circumference of the running cap: it fits head circumferences from 54 to 58 cm. Combined with the Velcro, an elastic band allows you to adjust the cap to your head, without feeling compressed for optimal comfort. To take your measurements, place a tape measure above your eyebrows. Make sure it is parallel to the ground when your head is straight. A simple and essential accessory to complete your running outfit.
