To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

      At Decathlon, we conducted an internal study that showed that children sweat the most from their heads (and feet). This scientific data guided us in the design of this new cap. The soft, stretchy material also allows for good perspiration wicking, keeping your child's head dry!

      Partnership with a psychomotor therapist

      We design our products with the support of a psychomotrician in order to understand the mechanisms of autonomy in children and the responses to be associated with them through our clothes. "The challenge is that the child does not get discouraged and does not get tired. You have to be able to offer him actions that are within his range of possibilities, to allow him repetition leading him to automation, so that he can generalize the gesture" explains Agathe, our partner psychomotrician

      Did you know that to grow up healthy, your child should get 180 minutes of physical activity per day, according to WHO recommendations.
