GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      European Standard setting out the requirements and test methods for helmets to be worn by roller skaters, skateboarders, scooter riders and bicycle users. The requirements and corresponding test methods cover the following aspects: construction, including field of vision; shock-absorbing properties; retention system characteristics, including the chin strap and tightening devices; marking and information.

      WHEN TO CHANGE YOUR HELMET?

      We recommend that you change your helmet in 2 cases: 1/ After a fall In the event of a fall, the material of your helmet may deteriorate or even break. Sometimes, you may not notice it. This is why we advise you to replace it at the slightest doubt. 2/ After 5 years of use The foam of your helmet deteriorates.
