A helmet is a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Make sure this product fits you (model/size/color) before purchasing. If not, return it under the following conditions: with the instructions, labels and, if applicable, its original packaging.
When to change a helmet?
A helmet is designed to protect the head from impact. From a single impact. In the event of a fall, even if the helmet does not appear to be damaged, it must be replaced: it may be weakened, cracked in invisible areas... and no longer provide its protective function. It is recommended to replace your helmet after 5 years, as some materials begin to age, especially if the helmet is stored in a cold and/or humid place. (The production date is indicated inside the helmet).
