GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      1) Screw the cartridge into the head to pierce the cartridge so it is ready for use. 2) Hold the cartridge by the plastic guard to protect your hands from the cartridge cooling during inflation. 3) Position the head straight on the valve and push firmly to push the valve into the inflation head to release the air.

      Advice in the event of a puncture

      It is advisable to push with your 2nd hand on the outside of the tire at the level of the valve to prevent the valve from entering the tire when pushing with the inflation head.

      Recyclability

      The CO2 cartridge is made of 100% steel. It is therefore recyclable. It must be thrown in the trash can that accommodates recyclable waste.
