Inflation Tips & Precautions
First inflate the bottom, then a sausage, then the second sausage to 50%. Check the positioning of the chambers. Then inflate everything to 100% to a maximum pressure of 0,1 bar (1,5 PSI). DO NOT OVER-INFLATE! Close the valves tightly. water.In case of HIGH HEAT, deflate the kayak a little out of the water to avoid overpressure which can damage the kayak.Do not leave inflated in the sun: risk of overpressure.
Care
In the event of damage to one of the side chambers, open the tube along its length using the zip, remove the chamber. The bottom is uncovered by opening the velcros. Case 1: the hole is located on the tube, you can use the repair kit for gluing a patch. Case 2: the hole is located along a weld; go to the workshop department of a DECATHLON store to repair or replace the bladder.

Canoe kayak regulations < 3,50 meters
Is your canoe-kayak inflatable or rigid less than 3,50 meters in size? You are in possession of beach gear. You must remain at all times 300 meters from shelter (any place on the coast where any gear or vessel and its crew can get to safety by anchoring or docking and leaving without assistance). The buoyancy aid is not mandatory but strongly recommended to facilitate getting back into the boat in the event of a fall.
Canoe kayak regulations >3,50 meters
Your canoe-kayak is rigid or inflatable with at least 2 separate air chambers. It measures more than 3,50 meters. It is "sea approved" by the manufacturer. You can then sail up to 2 nautical miles (about 3 km) from a shelter. You will then need to have several security elements. Hello, I currently have the 100 Textile 2P inflatable kayak which is an excellent purchase. However, it turns out that the zippers holding the bladders are corroded and I need to change them. Do you sell this item please? I haven't seen it on the site. Otherwise, could you send me the zip reference to buy it from one of your colleagues? Thanks in advance
I have had an Itiwit10 for almost 3 years which gives me complete satisfaction. I bought this one (its little brother) to do short coastal hikes on my own. The quality has clearly dropped! In particular, the side bladders are larger than their fabric cover, and I even wonder if I was not put 2-seater kayak bladders on a 1-seater kayak. They are therefore forced to make lots of folds (especially towards the rear, near the valve), which creates wear in the corners of these folds, which turn into holes. I have already had to put 2 patches, one for each bladder. I never had this problem with my Itiwit3, although much older, but with the well-adjusted bladders. In any case, it's very exciting to travel miles to find a good spot and have to return without doing anything.
Well thought out product. Inflated in 3 minutes. Stable. Which looks solid and quality. Minimal bulk when folded in its bag. Really satisfied.
