How does the valve work?

Our armbands are equipped with PVC valves with a non-return valve. To inflate the armband correctly, press the base of the valve to open the valve. This valve closes mechanically in about 2 seconds, so it is normal to have some air escaping after inflation. That's why you have to close the cap quickly.

What if the cuff deflates when I inflate?

There may be a valve malfunction. The valve does not close normally and too much air escapes before closing the plug. To put it back correctly, pinch the valve with your fingers 2 or 3 times then inflate the product to the maximum and close the cap. The valve should seat properly.
