How does the valve work?
Our cuffs are equipped with PVC valves with a non-return valve. To properly inflate the cuff, you must press the base of the valve to open the valve. This valve closes mechanically in about 2 seconds, so it is normal to have a little air escape after inflation. Therefore, you must close the cap quickly.

What if the cuff deflates when I inflate?
There may be a valve malfunction. The valve does not close normally and too much air escapes before closing the cap. To replace it correctly, pinch the valve with your fingers 2 or 3 times, then inflate the product to the maximum and close the cap. The valve should replace correctly.
