The choice is rather simple: the fabric and coated mesh cups have sizes (S, M, L) while the silicone cups are designed in one size because they are very stretchy. To find your way concretely, here is a short guide depending on your head size: - XS: 50-52 cm. (available in the baby department) - S: 53-56 cm. - M: 56-59 cm. - L: 59-62 cm. - One size: 53 to 62 cm.

For silicone swimming caps, the fold line (visible flat cap) is made to go in the same direction as the previous ones. Then place your two hands together inside the cap. Spread your hands (and fingers) to create space, then put the hat on. At the front, it should reach about a finger above your eyebrows.
