To help you catch more waves, we are working to make our products as intuitive as possible and to integrate education into them. That's why this bodyboard has an ergonomic deck that will allow you to spontaneously get into the right position. The indications on the size of the user and the size of the waves are specified on the board. The size of the bodyboard directly influences its stability and maneuverability. It is necessary that it is adapted to the size of its user. This bodyboard 100 is available in 3 sizes depending on the user: Size 36 "if you measure between 1m25 and 1m45 Size 39 "if you measure between 1m45 and 1m65 Size 42 "if you measure between 1m65 and 1m85 A bodyboard that is too small will not float enough and therefore, will make you miss the waves. A bodyboard that is too big will be more difficult to handle.

- Discoverer: Water up to the navel, no fins, foam <50cm, propulsion by pushing the feet on the ground, wave grip to the edge. Priority to pleasure and 1st sensations (Bodyboard with handles).- Beginner: Light turns in waves <1m, propulsion with flippers. Priority to learning the sport.- Confirmed: Waves up to 1m50, more speed and beginning of tricks (360°, El Rollo...).- Expert: All types of waves, mastery of tricks, even aerial ( ARS, 360°, tubing, etc.).

This 100 bodyboard has been designed to be used in waves up to 1 meter. It has been tested and validated in these conditions, by real beginners but also by experienced and expert riders. If it is used in waves over 1m, it risks deteriorating: breakage, bending, etc. In this case, prefer the 500 or 900 bodyboards. The plastic underside of this bodyboard allows for better glide and strength. Wear other than breakage can be repaired, find out more online or in store.

In the ocean, when the water depth is deeper than your belly button, it is very difficult to catch the waves without the help of fins. Indeed, it is no longer possible to propel yourself by pushing your feet on the ground to gain momentum in the wave and paddling with your arms is often insufficient. To discover bodyboarding in good conditions, for optimal progression and increased safety against the currents on our coasts, we strongly recommend the use of bodyboard fins.

The "nose bumpers" allow good grip for the hands. When catching a wave, your hands are at the front, your torso arched, to maximize the buoyancy and the power produced by your feet (webbed, of course!) To go left, keep your left hand in front (hand/elbow/shoulder aligned, arm bent at 90°) and put your right hand on the right rail at hip level. Keep your left leg along the board to hold your direction. Conversely to go right.

On the wave, the bodyboard is used lying down. It is important to wear a long-sleeved anti-UV top or a wetsuit depending on the water temperature, to avoid (painful) irritation on the stomach and arms. For good grip on the bodyboard, it is recommended to wax it on the front of the board, on the sides (rails) and on the stomach. Wax to adapt to the temperature, sold separately in the surf department. Repeat the operation at each session.

Bodyboarding is a fantastic sport that requires respecting certain fundamental rules for everyone's pleasure and safety. 1- Find out and observe the characteristics of the spot: current, rocks, tidal influence, wave size, number of people in the water...2- Do not overestimate your level and prefer an easier spot if the conditions exceed your abilities.3- Practice with the appropriate equipment: Leash, fins and board in good condition, appropriate neoprene suit.

4- Respect the rules of priority on the wave: Priority to whoever is closest to the breaking wave.5- Go around the breaking zone when you go up towards the peak to avoid cutting into the path of another rider. fins if the water level exceeds the height of your hips.6- If you do not use fins, it is recommended to practice in the safe bathing area, ask the lifeguards present on site.7- Practice together.

When not in use, take care not to expose your bodyboard to the sun or to temperatures >50°C. Therefore, protect your bodyboard in a cover, under a parasol, in the shade, under a light towel , so that it does not rise in temperature. In particular, avoid leaving it in a car in direct sunlight. The consequence in the event of exposure to excessive heat can be blisters or bubbles which form on the board, or even deformation of the board.
