To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.

      Did you know?

      Children's feet are growing, it is normal for their feet to be flat. Imposing an arch could, over time, deform the child's foot and cause back pain. It is better to leave the child's foot to form and build muscle on its own. This is why the insoles of our shoes do not have an arch.

      *What is the Flex-H concept?

      The Flex-H concept is a system of three H-shaped flex grooves positioned at the front of the foot. It guarantees optimum flexibility of the foot during the propulsion phase.

      Advice for a good shoe size.

      Once your child's foot is in the shoe, hold it by placing your hand on top, make sure their toes are relaxed and run your finger through the back of the heel. If your finger is tight but it passes, it's good! Do not hesitate to refer to our size guide located above the selection of sizes.

      Advice for orthopedic insoles.

      Take a larger size or remove the insoles of your shoes, they are removable!
