SportsLab, our research laboratory, has highlighted that children, during their sports practice, sweat much more than adults on their feet. This is why all running shoes are designed with a breathable fabric on the upper (mesh) to better wick away perspiration and prevent unpleasant odors. This material, lighter than synthetic leather, provides more comfort and lightness for running!
What is Drop 0?
On a shoe, the drop refers to the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. Scientific studies conducted by our research laboratory (the SportsLab) have allowed us to observe that a zero drop (a drop of 0) allows for a more natural stride, close to that adopted when running barefoot. This natural running allows your child to better absorb the impacts of running and strengthens their tendons and muscles in the long term.
