GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Examples:  with a size 95C , you can wear a  100B by tightening the rear link more , or a  90D by tightening the back link less .

      The 2,5M bands are made with a fabric composed of Polyester and Cotton, these components ensure greater resistance and flexibility.

      WHY USE BOXING BANDAGES?

      Boxing hand wraps are designed to lock the joints of the hand (metacarpals and wrist), as well as to limit irritation in areas of repeated blows. In addition, the wraps allow the absorption of perspiration from your hands and thus ensure a longer life for your boxing gloves.

      HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BANDS?

      For light practices (with low impact) such as "touch sparring", the 2,5M or 3M bandages are largely sufficient, you simply need to concentrate the bandage on the right areas (thumb, metacarpus and wrist). On the other hand, for more intense practices with supported sparring, I recommend taking the 4M or 4,5M bandages, which offer a much stronger feeling of support and a greater thickness for the protection of the metacarpus.
