GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      Did you know? All our volleyballs are the same size (65 to 67 cm in diameter), but not all of them weigh the same. For younger players (ages 4 to 5), this ball weighs between 180 and 200 grams. For players ages 6 to 9, it weighs between 200 and 220 grams. For players ages 10 to 14, it weighs between 230 and 250 grams. Finally, for players over 15, the ball will have the official weight of 260 to 280 grams.

      A laminated ball, for more precision!

      This is our first laminated ball in the beginner range. What does this mean? That the individual panels of the ball are not sewn, but glued to each other. This manufacturing method improves the accuracy of your shots.
