1. This promotional lottery is organised in accordance with the Gambling Regulatory Authority Act (GRA) of 2007.

2. The promotional campaign will take place over a period of one month, from August 14 to September 20, 2024.

3. Customers will be eligible for a unique promotional code, which can only be used in the Decathlon Bagatelle store.

4. The promotional code offers the customer a discount of Rs 350 on a single purchase at Decathlon Bagatelle.

5. The promotional code can only be used once per customer, upon presentation of their national identity card.

6. The promotional code is not transferable to a third party.

7. Customers aged 18 and over, after using the promotional code, become eligible to participate in a prize draw and win additional prizes.

8. The date of the draw is set for September 26, 2024.

9. Note: Any change to the date or extension of the lottery period, or of the date of the draw, will be communicated via Decathlon's digital platforms.

10. The draw will be conducted at the Mauritius Turf Club under the supervision of agents of the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

11. The draw, once completed and the official results published, will be considered final and cannot be challenged in any court.

12. The official list of winning numbers and prizes will be available on the digital platforms of the shopping center and Decathlon. The winner's name may be published on the digital platforms of Decathlon and the shopping center.

13. Prizes won cannot be returned or exchanged for their cash equivalent.

14. Winners must collect their prizes in person at the Decathlon store, upon presentation of their national identity card or passport.

15. Winners will have a period of six (6) months to collect their prizes from the date of publication of the official results.

16. In accordance with the provisions of the GRA law, after the deadline for claiming winnings, unclaimed prizes will be given to the National Solidarity Fund.

17. The group is bound by data protection laws. Therefore, the information collected during the campaign will not be shared with third parties outside the group.

18. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and is valid for a single transaction.
