General conditions of the DECAT'CLUB Mauritius loyalty program
The DECAT'CLUB Maurice Loyalty Program (hereinafter the “Program”) is offered by Ensport Limited, whose head office is at ENL House, Vivéa Business Park, Moka, Mauritius, and holder of a “Business Registration Card” bearing number C20176716, and franchisee of the Decathlon brand at Mauritius (hereinafter “ DECATHLON Mauritius "). The DECATHLON Group, a European company whose head office is located at 4 boulevard de Mons, 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq, registered with the Lille Métropole RCS under number 306 138 900, and subsidiaries of the latter, offers DECATHLON customers a loyalty program called “DECAT’CLUB”. By joining the DECAT'CLUB Maurice Program, the person adhering to the Program (hereinafter the “ Member ") accepts now and without reservation the following conditions (hereinafter the " General terms & conditions ").
- How and where to join the program?
The Program is accessible to individuals (excluding sports clubs, associations, companies, works councils, etc.), adults with legal capacity and minors aged 15 and over, subject to the presentation of authorization from both parents or legal guardians.
To be able to join the DECAT'CLUB Maurice Program, the customer must have or open a DECATHLON account. The Member must complete a loyalty card application form. If he meets all the eligibility conditions, he is then given his “DECAT'CLUB Maurice” card which is free.
Membership in the DECAT'CLUB Maurice Program is free with the exception of internet connection costs necessary for using the site www.decathlon.mu. Internet connection costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.
The DECAT'CLUB Mauritius Program and its advantages are only applicable in Mauritius.
Membership in the Program is done:
- Either with the DECATHLON store teams (under the DECATHLON brand)
- Either on the site decathlon.mu
In addition, membership is carried out automatically when a customer with a Decathlon account uses this account to:
- make a product purchase
- place an online order
A customer can only register for the Program once. This membership is strictly personal and cannot benefit another person. The Member may neither give nor lend his card to a third party. In case of doubt, DECATHLON Maurice reserves the right to request proof of identity from the card holder and/or not to award points or other benefits linked to the Loyalty Program.
The Program offers the possibility of obtaining a loyalty card, which can be physical or dematerialized. The loyalty card will be sent to the Member in the DECATHLON store of their choice in Mauritius. The loyalty card is also accessible on the site www.decathlon.mu.
- What information do I need to provide to be able to join?
In order to become a member of DECAT'CLUB Maurice, the customer must open a DECATHLON account and complete the following fields:
- Genre
- First name
- Last Name
- A valid email address
- Their wish, or not, to receive DECATHLON communications within the framework of the Program.

Other advantages
DECATHLON Maurice gives itself the right to supplement the benefits included in the Program, in particular via services offered by internal and/or external partners. These benefits are subject to the specific conditions of the Program and as well as the conditions of DECATHLON Mauritius partners.
- What happens if my loyalty card/account is used fraudulently?
In the event that the Member does not comply with these General Conditions of the Program, uses the Program in bad faith, or if DECATHLON Maurice detects fraudulent use of the Program via the Member's identifiers, DECATHLON Maurice reserves the right to cancel participation in the Program and the Member would no longer be able to benefit from the loyalty points acquired, without DECATHLON Maurice being required to provide any compensation to them.
If the Member notices fraudulent activity on his loyalty account, he must notify DECATHLON Maurice without delay, otherwise any activity observed on the account will be attributable to him.
- How do you use my personal data
As part of the management of the DECAT'CLUB Maurice Loyalty Program, DECATHLON Maurice collects a certain amount of personal data (above II. What information must I give to be able to join?). In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius, DECATHLON Mauritius informs you about the processing of your data HERE.
- How can I update my personal information ?
As part of the DECAT'CLUB Maurice Loyalty Program, the Member can modify their personal information via the “my account” section on www.decathlon.mu
- Is it possible to unsubscribe from the DECAT'CLUB Maurice loyalty program?
The DECAT'CLUB Maurice loyalty program is a free service associated with the DECATHLON customer account. If the Member wishes to delete their DECAT'CLUB Maurice account, it is necessary to delete their DECATHLON account. To do this, we invite you to contact our customer support HERE.
- Modification of these conditions
DECATHLON reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of the Program, in particular the advantages granted by the Program, or to terminate the Program at any time without it being necessary for it to justify its decision. Any substantial modification hereof will be subject to prior notification within a reasonable time, by the means of communication chosen by DECATHLON Maurice, to the Members. The modification will take effect from the date which will be determined by DECATHLON Maurice, even if notification to Members is not made until later.
If DECATHLON Maurice were to modify or terminate the Program, the points or other advantages previously acquired by the Member could be permanently lost, without DECATHLON Maurice being required to provide any compensation to them.
- Member Responsibility
The Decat'club loyalty card is personal and non-transferable. Consequently, only the member holding the loyalty card is responsible for their card and undertakes to use it in accordance with these General Conditions. The member, holder of the loyalty card, is solely responsible for any use of his loyalty card.
As such, the member, holder of the “Decat’club” loyalty card, undertakes in particular to:
- create only one loyalty card;
- guarantee the accuracy of all information indicated when joining the Loyalty Program;
- ensure that the data communicated to DECATHLON Maurice allowing contact with it (email, postal address, etc.), is secure and used only by the member, holder of the Decat'club Card.
- Responsibility of Decathlon Mauritius
DECATHLON Maurice cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the Member as part of their membership in the Program or for possible malfunctions of the Program.
- Loss or theft of your card
In the event of loss, theft or damage to the loyalty card making it impossible to use, the Member must notify one of the Decathlon stores in Mauritius as soon as possible who will issue a new card associated with their account in return for the payment of reissue fees.
- disputes
These General Conditions are subject to Mauritian law. In the event of a dispute, DECATHLON Maurice and the Member will attempt to resolve it amicably. In the event of failure of the transaction, the courts of Mauritius will have exclusive jurisdiction.
