GUIDE TO SIZES MEN

To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

      A soft flask for comfort during your runs

      Compared to a rigid bottle, your flask is lighter, less noisy when you run, and it interferes with your movements less. The flask will not cause any hard spots on your body while running.

      250ML, how much autonomy does that give for a running outing?

      You need to allow 500ml per hour of running to cover your hydration needs (and 40g of glucose). The 250ml flask will allow you to cover part of your needs and potentially allow you to take 250ml of water and 250ml of isotonic drink for example.

      Neutral taste, what does that mean?

      This flask is made using an innovative process with a tasteless and odorless plastic material. We recommend rinsing your flask with clean water 3 times before use. Then, dry it upside down, without the nipple. You can then remove the nipple to clean it. Especially if you use sugary drinks! Finally, to avoid noise while running, remember to create a vacuum by sucking out the air bubbles.

      New, more ergonomic flange cap

      We listened to your feedback and improved the flask opening system. The cap is now wider to make cleaning your flask easier. We've also improved the visualization and ergonomic grip of the opening and closing mechanism. Simply turn the knob to open or close the flask cap.
